منتج جيد ما يحتاج إليه هو ضبط التحميص بحيث يكون لا يوجد تفاوت بين تحميص الحبوب بل تكون كل الحبوب نفس درجة التحميص وتوفير درجات تحميص اخري مثلا الوسط الفاتح Light medium
